You enter apartment via main building entrance and heading straight, as it is located on the first floor. Near the entrance you'll find wall to hang your coats. The combined living and sleeping area features a comfortable 140 cm double bed with a full-size mattress, separated by a bookshelf and drawer. The living room has a convertible sofa bed, also 140 cm wide, and a wall-mounted TV with Google TV for Netflix, YouTube, and other apps. A dedicated workspace is available for guests needing to work remotely. Kitchen area is fully equipped with an induction stove, oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, and a full set of cookware and dishes for up to four guests. There is as well a bar table with three stools. The kitchen area also includes a drawer with a washing machine and tumble dryer. Vacuum cleaner is placed on one of the walls. Although the apartment is near a busy street, it faces an internal yard, making it quiet and peaceful. The apartment is located on the ground floor without any stairs, making it easy to access. In the inside yard (entrance from Slucko str.) there are 2 charging lots for Electric vehicle charging administered by Įkrautas. You can use their app to pay for charging. Off-limit areas. There are some locked cabinets that are not available for guests. Check-out. You can check-out anytime before 10:00. Lock the property on your leave. Detailed check-out instructions will be provided at least a day before check-out. Pets, Smoking, Parties and events. Not allowed.
